Carolyn Sue Pratt, 73 of Bloomington, passed away at her residence early Sunday morning, August 22, 2010. She was born July 26, 1937 in Monroe County to Joseph and Marie Porter Hatton. Carolyn spent most of her working career caring for other people’s homes and was especially proud of the fact that she took care of the home of Dr. Lounblad here in Bloomington. Carolyn leaves behind her children, Rhonda Harden and her husband Melvin Sr.; Charles Pratt and his wife Amy; Billy Pratt and his wife Shannon; Betty Roberts and her husband Gary; grandchildren, Melvin Jr., Jeannie, and John Harden, Josh, Tiffany, Taylor, Chanceler, and Huntington Grace Pratt, and Curtis Roberts. Carolyn also leaves behind great grandchildren Johnathon, Candace, Dillan, and Brayden Harden, Gavin Hamm, and Doretta Dossett. Carolyn is also survived by her four sisters, Joann Crites, Doris Crites, Sharon Day and Donna Hatton. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard D. Pratt, a sister Charlotte Hatton, and three grandchildren, Melody and Bobbie Harden and Christopher Pratt. Graveside Services for Carolyn will be held Wednesday August 25, 2010 at 11:00AM at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
