Donald Eugene Fiscus, 76, died Wednesday evening at his residence. He was born January 15, 1934 in Bloomington the son of Elmer and Ethel (Empson) Fiscus. He was the owner of Fiscus Construction and Guttering and was a member of Zions Hill Baptist Church. He served in the National Guard for a period of six years.

Don is survived by his wife of 56 years, Wilma “Willie” (Richardson) Fiscus, one daughter and son-in-law, Sue Ann Fiscus DiMarchi and her husband Richard, one son and daughter-in law, Rick and Cindy Fiscus, his grandchildren; Leah (Charles) Field, Maria (Joe) Chabenne, Lou Ann (Josh) Fleener, Christina DiMarchi and Alissa Dimarchi, and two great grandchildren, Faith and Eli Field.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ethel Fiscus, his father, Elmer Fiscus, his step-mother, Bea Fiscus and one sister, Ruth King.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Allen Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Yount officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Friends may call on Friday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour preceding the services on Saturday.
