Elizabeth Ann (Betty) Robinson age 89 of Bloomington passed away Monday October 4, 2010 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born in Bloomington on August 23, 1921 to Andrew and Marian Campbell Krebs, Betty was a graduate of Bloomington High School in 1937 and spent her working career with The King’s Shop. She also attended St. Paul’s Catholic Church. Betty leaves behind her daughter Suzanne Grimes Riggen and her husband Garold of Bloomington; grandsons Ross A. Grimes and his wife Kelly of Bloomington and David M. Grimes and his wife Vicki of Cazenovia, New York. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren Tyler A., Dalton J., Kourteney E., and Skyler C. Grimes; niece Crisitie Flanagan and her husband Kirk of Albuquerque, New Mexico; niece Kendra Price and her husband George of Kirklin, Indiana; great nephews Cole and Patrick Flanagan; great nephew Craig Price; great niece Heather Price; 2 great great nieces and a sister in law, Judy Krebs of Frankfort, Indiana. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ross E. Robinson, son in law Gary W. Grimes, sister Sarah E. Denny and a brother Kenneth Krebs. A Memorial Service will be held for Betty this Friday October 8, 2010 at 11:00AM at St. Paul’s Catholic Church. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Allen Funeral Home 4155 South Old Highway 37 is handling the arrangements.
