Elizabeth Kay (Wampler) Bookwalter, 64, beloved mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and grandmother, of Springville, IN passed away quietly in her sleep at her residence on August 31, 2010. She was born on July 21, 1946 in Bloomington, IN., to John Edward and Mary Elizabeth (Hoy) Wampler.
She lost her life to a long battle with liver disease and other health issues. Elizabeth loved to bowl and go fishing. Even though her life was cut short, she lived life to the fullest.
Survivors include her two sisters, Debra Prince and partner Lori Chandler, Connie Mobley and her husband Jim, brother Rocky Hoy and his wife Janet, three daughters; Tonya Stogdill and her husband Jeff, Lora Christian, Teresa Lockman and her husband Brad and Toni Polmanter, 12 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her grand parents, parents, a sister, and her only son.
She will always be loved and sadly missed.
Services will be on Tuesday September 7, 2010, at 7pm, in the Genesis Church 801 E. State Road 45 46, Bloomington, IN.
