Helen Katherine Woodward age 85 of Bloomington passed away Saturday
September 17, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Bloomington on
June 25, 1926 to Charles and Irene Bennett Kiser. Helen was a
lifelong resident of Bloomington, graduated from Blooming HIgh
School and spent her working career with Indiana University in
facilities maintenance. She was also a member of Eastview Church of
the Nazarene. Helen leaves behind her good friends, Mabel
Robertson, Edna Poling and Theresa Young, all of Bloomington.
Graveside services for Helen will be held Wednesday September 21,
2011 at 10:00AM at Valhalla Memory Gardens where she will be laid
to rest next to her husband Jess who preceded her in death in 1984.
She was also preceded in death by her parents. Allen Funeral Home
4155 South Old Highway 37 is handling the arrangements and online
