I was born with an impeccable sense of misdirection, Howard was better than a GPS. Howard was always willing to go with me. We both went more places because of this partnership, I never felt lost when Howard was with me:) I miss him. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Howard's family, Jan

While visiting New Mexico's International Balloon Fiesta last fall, Howard hung out with our entourage of family at one of Santa Fe's unique and favoured tourist spots, Jackalope. I will always remember his remark about the fodder there. "It's's all junk, who needs any of it anyway". You're right Howard, we should live lightly upon this earth and instead love fully. Howard, you were blessed to have the love of my sister's family as they were blessed to have you as their family.

Howard had such a sweet and gentle nature. I always enjoyed talking with he and Virginia. She always spoke of him with great pride ... he served his country well ... Semper Fidelis! My deepest sympathy -- Laura San Pietro
