Isabelle Reynolds, 83, of Bloomington, passed away Friday at the
Bloomington Nursing and Rehabilitation center. She was born on May
14, 1928 in Burkesville, KY the daughter of Marvin and Cora (Pryor)
Melton. She worked at MCCSC for several years as a custodian
at Fairview Elementary and attended Sherwood Oaks Christian
church. Survivors include one daughter Betty Grubb of
Bloomington; four sons Jerry Reynolds (Vickie) of Columbia, KY,
Bill Reynolds (Rita) of Bloomington, Danny Reynolds (Becky) of
Lovington, New Mexico and Mike Reynolds (Sondra) of Solsberry; two
sisters Lorene Burns and Nell Melton (Raymond) both of Burkesville,
KY; one brother Roy Melton of Bloomington; 13 grandchildren, 20
great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, several nieces and
nephews and friend Karen Hostetler. She was preceded in death
by her parents, first husband Roy Owens, second husband Jasper
Reynolds, daughter Nelda Jane Reynolds, two sisters Aliene Ferguson
and Weltha Flynn, son-in-law Freddie Grubb and good friend Cindi
Kerr. Funeral Services will be held 1:00p.m. Tuesday, November
1, 2011 at Allen Funeral Home with Rick Flick officiating. Burial
will follow at White Oak Cemetery. Family will receive friends from
11-1 on Tuesday at the funeral home.
