Jack Hoard, 76, of Bloomington passed away May 26^th at his home. Born on September 7, 1935 in Bloomington, he was the son of Roger Hoard and Margaret Hoard Lilly, stepson of John Lilly. Jack was a 1954 graduate of Bloomington High School and was retired from Rogers Group after 37 years of service.  He was a member of Teamsters Local 135. Jack will be sadly missed by both family and friends. Survivors include his beloved wife of 56 years Marcia (Hutton) Hoard; 2 sons  Mark Hoard (Gail Lawrence-Hoard) and Tom Hoard (Susan) both of Bloomington; his mother, Margaret Neal Lilly of Bloomington; grandchildren Anna Hoard of Raleigh, NC, Jeremy Hoard of Knoxville, TN, Cameron Hoard  and Connor Hoard  both of Bloomington; step grandchildren Christian Lawrence of Martinsville and Kevin Lawrence of Bloomington; great grandchildren Madison Aldrich and Ava Aldrich both of Bloomington; one surviving sibling, half-sister Elizabeth Faubion of Bloomington as well as several nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his son Mike Hoard. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Allen Funeral Home with Pastor Kim Norris officiating. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
