Jim was one of the most pleasant people I have met in Bloomington. He always had a can do attitude and had a warm smile and a good word to say about everyone. I met Jim three years ago and considered him a real good friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Our prayers are out to the Alexander family during this time...Dennis Porche

I'm so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I can't remember Jim without a smile and I've known him since University School. If friends are a measure of one's life, he was a very wealthy man. All of us will miss him.

I'm sorry to hear about Jim's passing. I knew Jim from Marlin and University School. I went to Jim's birthday party at his house when we were kids and I remember playing pin the tail on the donkey. From the crowd at the funeral home on Wednesday it looks like Jim had a positive impact on a lot of people - a good thing to be remembered by. My condolences to the family. Reggie Baugh

In Galatians 4:7 these words are recorded, Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of Yahweh through Christ Yeshua. Jim was one the first people I met in Bloomington and he always provided me great service @ Alexander's where his mom always greeted you early mornings, may the grace of our Lord and Savior be with you all through the home-going celebration. Yours in Christ always.
