James “Phil” Rouse, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully at home, with his
Girlfriend/guardian angel Sheila Daws, by his side on Tuesday, April 27, 2010. He was 61 years old.
Born June 27, 1948 in Albany, GA he was the son of James H. Rouse and Allie (Moree) Stuart. James was a chef. He loved cooking and eating and took great joy in his beloved dogs.
He is survived by one son, James Phil Rouse, Jr. and his wife Donna of Albany, GA;one grandson, Stuart Rouse of Albany, GA; one brother Kirk Rouse and his wife Valerie of Albany, GA; his father James H. Rouse of Spencer, IN; his mother Allie Stuart of Albany, GA; two nephews, Bradley Rouse and his wife Candace of Atlanta, GA and Hudson Rouse and his wife Ashley of Atlanta, GA; and his girlfriend and companion, Sheila Daws.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Albany, GA.
