Jensen Riley Hoffman died on Friday evening, February 25th at Bloomington Hospital.  He was born earlier Friday afternoon the son of Brian and Chantae “Tae” (Souders) Hoffman.

          Family members include his parents, grandparents; Marnie Simmering of Waynesville, N.C., Kent and Peggy (Weddle) Hoffman of Bloomington, great grandparents Edna Simmering of Washington, IA, Gene and Joan Weddle of Bloomington, Paul Hoffman of Clyde, N.C. and Alice Souders of Port Charlotte, FL.  Also surviving are uncles Kyle Hoffman of Ft. Rucker, AL and Max Souders of Waynesville, N.C. as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

          He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William L. Souders , great grandmother Lynn Hoffman and great grandfathers Richard Simmering and William H. Souders.

          Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5th at Allen Funeral Home, 4155 S. Old St. Rd. 37 in Bloomington with Bob Simmering officiating.  Burial will be at Payne Cemetery north of Bloomington.  Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m.

          Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenfuneralhome.org.
