John D. Miller, 59, of Ellettsville passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011 at his residence in Ellettsville. He was born in Evansville, IN on May 2, 1951 the son of Robert T. Miller and Ella (Wainman) Ramage. He attended Bloomington High School and served with the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Swift Gas Station in Ellettsville.
He is survived by four sisters; Cindy Sipes (Rick) of Ellettsville, Deborah Bennett (Rod) of Sullivan, Barabra Hash (Dan) of Bloomington, Camilla Lukasick of Bloomington, four brothers; Jay Miller (Angie) of Texas, Skip Ramage (Dana) of Bloomington, Tim Miller (Martha) of Springville and Sam Miller (Shiela) of Bloomington, his step-mother, Charlotte Miller of Bloomington, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
