Dear Cassie, Janet, Cindy and families, I am so sorry to hearing of the passing of your mother, Joy. I wasn't aware that she had moved to Columbus to be near to Cassie. Your mother was a fine lady and Carole and I spent many wonderful times with Joy and John dating clear back to when we came to Bloomington in 1963. I am going to try to stop by the funeral home Wednesday but as it is the same time,4:00pm, that her caregiver leaves besides getting Carole her dinner, I have to get her ready for bed. I do want to see you all so I'll try to slip out for a quick visit and to extend our sympathies. We will certainly miss her wonderful sense of humor. God Bless you all. Dick

Dear Greg, and family members, So sorry to learn of the passing of your mother. A few years back I ran into her along with your father at the grocery, and asked about you. Back in the days, your friend's parents treated you like one of their own children. I always felt welcome at your house. Hope you are well. Again my sincere condolences. Mike Carter
