Katherine J. Burch, 91 of Bloomington passed away Friday at Bloomington Hospital. She was the daughter of Roy and Eschael (Clark) Jolliff born on September 8, 1919 in Greene County, Indiana.  Katherine was Head Salad for Indiana University she retired after 33 years of service. She loved to fish and camp with her family at Yellowwood. She enjoyed babysitting, crocheting and just being around her family and friends.  Katherine is survived by her daughter Joyce Ferrand of Martinsville; four grandchildren Tim Hobson, James Ferrand, Chris Ferrand and Penny Wiles all of Martinsville; four great grandchildren; one great great grandson Jordan Noldte; one niece Wanda Hawkins of Bloomington; one great nephew Cary Hawkins of Ellettsville and one sister Helen Jenkins of Hendricksville.  Katherine was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers Rip, Samuel, James and Freddie Jolliff, and three sisters Ruth Weddle, Ina Arthur and Wanda Bisel.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Allen Funeral Home with Rev. Mickey Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
