Lucile Emma Werling, age 92 of Bloomington passed away Wednesday afternoon October 26, 2011 at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital. She was born September 30, 1919 in Adams County Indiana to William C. and Frieda Furhman Werling. Lucile graduated from Decatur High School and spent her working career with GE in Fort Wayne in the transformers department. She leaves behind her six siblings, Helen Gollmer of Auburn, Indiana, Dorothy Ellison of Lady Lake, Florida, Norma Shackley of Bloomington, Melvin Werling of Yorktown, Indiana, Richard Werling of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, and Deloris Lenhart of Camas, Wisconsin. Lucile is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings, Irene Doctor, Erwin , Robert, Edgar, and Oscar Werling. Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 2, 2011 at 11:00AM at the Faith Lutheran Church, Bloomington, where Lucile was a member. Visitation will be held the same day Wednesday November 2, 2011 also at the church from 10AM until the time of the service at 11:00AM.
