Randle Wayne Gorham, 90, ofBloomingtonpassed away Friday at the Bloomington Sterling House. He was born August 25, 1920 inRensselaer,Indiana, the son of Randle D. and Lovie L. (Griggs) Gorham.  Randle graduated fromEllettsvilleHigh Schooland attendedMarshalUniversityinHuntington,West Virginia. He was employed by the Monon and L&N Railroad for over forty years. At the time the L&N acquired the Monon Railroad, he was Superintendent of Signals and Communications. He was transferred toLouisville,KYas Assistant Signal Engineer of the Northern Region of the L&N Railroad where he retired in 1980.  Randle was a veteran of WWII, a member of the American Legion, the Masonic Lodge and a past Worthy Patron of the Order of The Eastern Star. He was a member of theMcDoelBaptistChurchand served as a Deacon for many years.  Randle is survived by his wife Maryfrances (Goodall) Gorham of Bloomington; his stepdaughter Rebecca (Bault) Rangel of New Mexico; two brothers John N. Gorham ofMishawaka,INand George M. Gorham ofSan Antonio,TX; and one sister Rita Marie Wilkes of Hanover,IN.   He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wifeVirginiaMay (Day) Gorham and one sister Wilda Jean (Gorham) Wilcox.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Allen Funeral Home with Harold Carter officiating. Burial will follow atChambersvilleCemetery. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
