Rhea Dawn Wisley, of Bloomington passed away Sunday, April 4, 2010 at her residence.  She was 63 years old.

 Born February 22, 1947 in Bedford, Indiana she was the daughter of Orville and Arla (Roberts) Parsley.  She was a graduate of Eastern High School.  She was a housecleaner.  Rhea Dawn enjoyed quilting.  She was a member of the Sherwood Oaks Christian Church.

 She is survived by her husband Stephen Wisley of Bloomington; son Timothy Wisley and his wife Karen of Bloomington, daughter Kimberly Hill of Bloomington; four grandchildren, Garrett Hill, Taylor Hill, Kelley Wisley and Kaycee Wisley all of Bloomington; sister, Lois Seagraves and husband Bill of Foley, AL; and mother-in-law Mary Wisley of Bloomington, IN; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents and her father in law Bert Wisley.

 Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 10:00 am at Allen Funeral Home, 4155 S. Old St. Rd. 37, with Brother David Vaughn officiating.  Services will conclude at the funeral home.

 Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8p.m. at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made to the family at www.allenfuneralhome.org.
