Ruby Louise Boruff, age 84 of Bloomington passed away Thursday
December 15, 2011 at Richland Bean Blossom Health Care Center. She
was born in Bloomington on September 24, 1927 to Cecil E. and Emma
Howell Vaughn. Ruby leaves behind sons, Jim E. Boruff of
Bloomington, John R. "Doc" Boruff of Bloomington, Gary Lee Boruff
of Linton. daughter Lu Ann Hignite of Bloomington, and son Denny S.
Boruff also of Bloomington. She is also survived by her sister
Peggy Sego and her husband of Bloomington, as well as 8
grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Ruby was preceded in death
by her parents, her husband John Edward Boruff in 2001, a sister
and her husband Ruth and George Cotton and a son Phillip S. Boruff
in 1958. Funeral services for Ruby will be held Monday December 19,
2011 at 1:00PM at the Allen Funeral Home 4155 South Old Highway 37.
Friends may call at the funeral home also on Monday December 19,
2011 from 11:00AM until the time of the service at 1:00PM. Online
