            Steven M. Bouher, 57, of Martinsville died on Monday, April 25, 2011 at his residence following a brief illness.  He was born in Bloomington on August 7, 1953 the son of Harold and Maxine (Moser) Bouher. He was a carpet installer for various contractors in the Marion County area. 

            Steve was an enthusiast of all sports, loved the Colts, the Pacers and the New York Yankees, NASCAR racing and anything sports related and he enjoyed fishing, camping and country music.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

            Steve is survived by his longtime companion, Sally Idle and her children, Brooke Smith of Camby and Charles Idle and family of Monroe, Washington, his mother, Maxine Bouher of Bloomington, two sisters; Catherine (Rick) Parker of Pewaukee, Wisconsin and Patty Malia of Clearwater, FL, nephew Brandon Willey and family of Spring Hill, FL, his uncle and aunt, Bill and Clarice Moser of Bloomington, two great nieces and two great nephew and several cousins.

            He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Bouher in 1990.

            Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28th at Allen Funeral Home in Bloomington.  Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens.  Friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
