Virginia L. Hawley, 72, of Bloomington passed away Monday at her residence. She was the daughter of Elza and Beatrice (Colglazier) Chandler, born August 9, 1937 in Lawrence County, Indiana. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and was a Homemaker. She is survived by four daughters, Kim Bunge and husband Greg of Bloomington; Debra Richardson and significant other Tom Wilson of Ellettsville; Robin May and significant other Jan Koon of Ellettsville and Dee Dee Edmonson and husband Don of Bloomington; nine grandchildren, Jeremy Bunge, Justin Bunge, Troy Richardson, Travis Richardson, Kyle May, Cody May, Kristina Edmonson, Jacob Edmonson and Jennie Edmonson; two great-grandchildren, Trace Bunge and Cole Bunge; and two sisters, Marsha Ryan and Jeanette Silvers both of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert L. Hawley and two brothers Arnold Chandler and Russell Chandler. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Allen Funeral Home with Johnny Johnson officiating. Entombment will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
