In 1986 Bill returned to Bloomington and he and his father
William E. Workman transformed the old Self Motel on S. Old 37 into
a spacious house. Bill began working for IU in maintenance. He
worked out of the Physical Plant working in heating and cooling and

Bill was an avid Coke, Hot Wheels and antique collector and
cherished his 1969 Rally Sport Z-28 Camaro.
